Cadence Cares Foundation, Inc., is a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit corporation that is organized and operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Through soccer/futsal and other team sports Cadence Cares is dedicated to improving the quality of life of low and medium income families in NE Illinois and NW Indiana areas by providing safe affordable programming such as the this first Futsal Cup.

Safe, fun and well organized places to play FUTSAL!

The almost 25,000 Sq Ft facility SPECIALLY for the MIDWEST CUP will have 4 FULL size FUTSAL courts! 

In addition,  we have a on site cafeterias and  we count with 150+ parking spaces, plus:

- Live televised sports from around the world -- Vending machines
- Children’s play areas and arcade games -- Free Wi-fi

Tournament Cost: $425.00 per team ($25 discount per 5 teams)

​

Age Groups: Boys and Girls 2015 to 2007

​
